This multi-year social science research course provides much-needed research space for RPS middle and high school students. This multi-year program offers students a chance to learn qualitative and quantitative research techniques, work in laboratory settings and conduct their own research project for presentation in various community forums, fairs, and competitions.

Dates: Saturdays: Oct 5, Nov 9, Dec 14 2019 and Jan 11, Feb 8, Mar 14, Apr 18, May 9, Jun 13 2020

Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Location: MathScience Innovation Center Campus (2401 Hartman St. Richmond, VA 23223 and various field trip locations
Transportation: Provided at designated pick-up points
Lunch: Provided
Application: Students in grade 6, 7, 8, and 9 currently enrolled in Richmond Public Schools are eligible to apply. Applications will be distributed to students through their individual schools and turned into the school representative.
